ANOTHER LUNA LUX?
HELIOTYPE MAY BE GOOD
GALLANT MUTINY'S BLOOD
Twelve months ago the Hawke's Bay Steeplechase marked out a horse who was to prove one of the stars in the jumping firmament before the winter session was completed. That was Luna Lux. , When the nominations were received for this fear's race it did not look as though there jjjaght be another such star shining out Softer the contest was concluded. But there is. It is Hehotype.
On paper this may appear an extravagant claim, and it remains for the nest few months to show whether or not it is. Heliotype's effort in winning the Ha^ke's Bay Steeples on Satuiday, however, .-was most impressive, even after all allowances are made for the poor quality of those tvho finished in her -wake, and as sue is susceptible to steady improvement it is not outside the bounds of renson to piedict a successiu! futuio for her.
