BUGBY,May 4. The Prince of "Wales was a guest last night at the annual banquet held to celebrate the opening of the summer exhibitionof theßoyal Academy at Burlington House. The exhibition will open to the public on Monday. : The Prince .mentioned that the trustees of the National Gallevy, of whom lie was one, are eonsidcringthe advisability of lending famous English v i ti . tines overseas. Ho said there was some controversy on that subject, but expressed his view that both the Dominions and foreign countries should have an opportuuity of seeing the best work gj|.
