"Evening Post" Photo. STRENGTHENING THE KELBURN SCHOOL.— A start has been made by the Education Board in strengthening the schools in the Wellington district as a safeguard against earthquakes. The illustration gives a view of a portion of the Kelburn School, Upland Road, where a considerable amount of work is to be carried out with this object in view.
