Cases in the Magistrate's Court today were dealt with by Mr. W. F. Stilwell, S.M.
■ For a second statutory offence of drunkenness, Thomas Mylett, aged 73, a labourer, was fined 10s.
■ -Xl]btua».;:Jlelvitson, aged 42, was fined £1, in default seven days' imprisonment, for nssaulting A. Norton, and was convicted and discharged fov drunkenness.'
