WANTS TO BE KING
Somewhere in .Europe—in Catalonia —there is a man who './wants to bo v king, in spite of the fate that has befallen so many European kings since the war. This man has written to tho authorities of the littlo republic of Andorra offering them a yearly present of 800,000 pesetas (about £32,000) if they will make him their king. After 1 careful consideration the authorities of Andorra have decided to turn down the offer, much as they would like the pesetas. The name of tho ivould-be king the authorities, will wot reveal; all they will say is that he is a wealthy Catalonian.
