RUGBY SELECTORS
NOMINATIONS RECEIVED
Nominations for the New Zealand Rugby football -selection icominit-tee; assuming that a committee* is to be ap--1 pointed, are being received by the New Zealand Kugby Union. It is expected that there will be at least two selectors appointed from each island, though the intentions of the management committee in this direction are not yet'known. '■Already the following have been nominated:—Messrs. V. E. /(Auek- ' land), E. MeKenzic (Wairarapa), A. McDonald (of. "Wellington),. A. A. Adams West Coast), P. Harvey : (Canterbury), aad'A.'Ji Geddes. (Southland). In some cases the nominees are sup* ported by unions other than those with which they are directly associated aa well as by their own unions.; In the 1 case of Mr. McDonald (who is not Wellington's selector) the nomination is made by Bush Districts, who also nominate Mr. MeKenzie. The Wellington Eugby "Union will no doubt make - a choice of a nominee at tomorrow-night's meeting. /
