MELBOUENE,. March, 26. A" majority decision, of the Full High Court Bench today held that the Wanganui-Bangitikei Electric Power Board, New Zealand, could not obtain under the New South "Wale?. Interest Beduction Act, 1931-32, the benefit of a reduction of interest payable on. loans amounting to £310,000,' obtained from, the Australian .Mutual , Provident Society, Sydney.
