A PLEASANT AFTERNOON
QUEEN MARGARET COLLEGE
A pleasant afternoon was spent recently . tit the residence of Miss Marjorie Nash, Coromandel Street, by the members of the Queen Margaret College Old Girls' Association. New members were given the opportunity to meet older members, and during the afternoon a dainty afternoon tea was much enjoyed. ■ Several' members of the college staff attended, including Misses Clachan, Astbury, Vyner, Wheatley, and' MenaT&. Eegret was expressed that the principal, ■ Miss IreneWilson, had not been able to be present. ' ' ' ■ . ■ '■' ■ -■■'■■ '■■ - -:'' ■

, This was the first social gathering of the year, and bridge parties and'other entertainments1 are planned in aid of a fund for the Old Girls' Honours Board, which is to be,presented to the college.^
