AVIATION SUCCESSES

Mr. A. "W. Nisbet, secretary of the "Wellington Aero Club, 'won the competition for the Cory-'Wright Cup for navigation at the North Island Air Pageant on Saturday. Mr. P. McGaffin (Manawatu) was second, and Mr. B. Haybittle (Hawera) third. ,

Mr. Nisbefhas won the trophy for two years in succession, and at the South Island pageant on the previous Saturday he won the "New Zealand Herald" trophy for navigation. Mr. McGaffin gained second place in that competition also.
