GENEVA, March 24.:: Tlie Finance Minister, M. Musy, has resigned from the -Swiss Cabinet owing to the people's unwillingness to face further drastic economies whicfi he regards as necessary. .. The Federal Council has decided to adhere to the gold standard for the present, but the financial situation is causing perturbation. :
