The "Sunday Times's" Berlin correspondent emphasises the anxiety in Germany duo to the fall in foreign trade. If raw materials are not available, Hitler's vast employment campaign will fail! "For instance, it had been planned that millions of workers should parade on May Day in the new blue uniform, thus providing employment for thousands of textile operatives and tailors, but this has now been abandoned. Storm Troopers are incensed and some have torn up theirbrown shirts and refused, to parade: ''Meanwhile, there is a co.nstant muttering among the Nazis, complaining that Hitler is not fulfilling his promises and people are asking whether he is losing grip of the extremists. People also are agitating against Dr. Sehaeht, of the Reiehsbahk, whom they accuse of withholding credit and thus preventing the relief of unemployment and the development of agriculture. I
