TOE2O, March 25. . Salvage operations are proceeding with a view to refloating the British 1100-ton freighter Warebridge, which was stranded at Hakodate while fleeing from the conflagration. The crew of forty-five are safe. It has been confirmed that the Hakodate fire loss approaches 100,000,000 yen, of which insurance covers 30,000,000. -'■ • ' > , .-.
