The next 2%ft is quartz of good grade. Commencing?'in, the crosscut at 470 ft at about 13ft from the south wall, we have driven; back towards north-east 9ft; at 4ft the assay; value is 13s 9d per ton, and at 9ft 6s 9d. per ton. . . No. 6 Level.—The west ; prospecting crosscut has been turned due north-west at 380 ft. • At 468 ft there is quartz 3inwide assaying- 12s 9d per ton.
