■ Cable advice was received by New Zealand Salvation Army Headquarters today from General Higgins, London, stating that Commissioner and Mrs. Cunningham, who have beoa in charge of the Salvation Army in New Zealand during the-past four and a half years, will.relinquish their .command in" July next- and .proceed to another appointment, which, has yet to be notified. .
