DECISION RESERVED
After hearing legal argument at the Magistrate's Court yesterday afternoon, Mr. E. Page, S.M., reserved his decision in the case hi which Harold Harding Morris, jeweller, of Wellington, was charged with carrying on business as a gold coin dealer without a licence. Decision was also reserved in the case of James Forbes, Morris's foreman, who was charged with aiding and abet' .ting in the alleged offence.
