QUESTION OF THE TREATY
LONDON, March 23. The "Daily Telegraph," discussing Mr. de- Valera's move, in introducing the Bill to abolish the Senate, says that it is primarily for the Irish people to defend their own Constitution, but j if Mr. de Valera succeeds in his pur-! pose, he raises the grave question of whether any word or line of a treaty or constitution has value, and whether the whole can be destroyed without the consent of the other contracting party.
