Tho Tainui left Southampton yesterday afternoon, with passengers and cargo, for Auckland and Wellington. She is due at Auckland about April 30, and at Wellington about May 5. PARERA OFF AGAIN. The Parera, which has been undergoing extensive overhaul, refitting, and painting at Aotea Quay and on the Patent Slip, is sailing today for southern ports on her- first trip under charter to Holm and Company. She has been laid up- at Wellington for about two years. AWAHOU FOR SLIP. The Awahou, which is due to arrive in Wellington from Gisborne tomcrrow, will go on the slin on Monday for cleaning and painting. She will sail again on Tuesday for Kapler. THE CITY OF CANBERRA. The City of Canberra, en route from New York, reports by radio that she expects to arrive in Auckland at midnight on Sunday. She is now due here next Thursday, and will complete discharge at Lyttelton, Dunedin, and Australian ports. BY TELEGRAPH.
