A large number of enthusiasts assembled at Addington this morning to watch training operations; in fact, it is doubtful if a larger crowd has previously attended at Addington on a similar occasion. The course was in excellent order. '• Bed' Shadow thrilled the cro^*d with a fast mile in 2min 3 4-ssec. Walla Walla was equally impressive in 2min'll 3-ssec, doing the last four furlongs in lmin 2 2-ssec.
