The ■ industrialist Herr Vogler controls th© Ts'uilding and glass industry group. Banking, insurance, transport, chemicals, foodstuffs, iron, and metals will also form groups. All firms Ijelonging to thS groups must submit to grotip: orflera under a Court of Honour regaT&ing legitimate competition.'
