(Received March 14, 2 p.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. Tho Sydney City Council has fixed the municipal rate qf 4M in the £, tho same as last year. On an assessment of £46,092,000 the rate will yield £864,000, leaving an estimated deficit of £93,000.
