AEROPLANES FOR AUSTRALIA
(Received March 14, 2 p.m.) . LONDON, March 13. It is understood that eighteen Hawker Demons have been purchased for Aus-
tralia, also that the right has been secured to manufacture them in Australia. They will be known as Australian Demons, capable of meeting Australian conditions with heavy loads at 175 to 180 miles an hou: and 150 miles comfortable cruising.
