(Received March 13, 2 p.m.) . . . SYDNEY, This Day. , Dr. Alowll was* enthroned at- St Andrew's Cathedral as Archbishop of jSydney this morning. The impressive ceremony was witnessed by a large congregation. The Archbishop will be given a public reception this evening at the Town Hall.
