BANTAM BOXING
SREEDY DADO'S FAILURE
SYDNEY, March 12. At the Stadium tonight, in a bantamweight championship match of fifteen rounds, the Australian, Darkie Blandon (8.5), outpointed the Filipino, Speeds Dado (8.6). * The latter failed to justify the big reputation as world's bantam champion, with which he arrived, and was constantly in trouble. However, on a couple of occasions -he showed that he could punch hard. Otherwise he is a very ordinary boxer.
