OBITUARY
SIR THOMAS RYAN
(Received March 13, 11 a.m.) CALCUTTA, March 12. The death occurred suddenly from heart failure of Sir Thomas Ryan, Director-General of Posts and Telegraphs, following a brilliant speech in the Legislative Assembly in defence of the Post Office against Budget attacks.
