UNEMPLOYMENT RELIEF WASHINGTON, January 27. Answering widespread demands that Federal unemployment relief be continued, President Roosevelt, has requested, Congress to appropriate 950,----000,000 dollars for such purpose's >as making possible a continuance of Civil Works Administration' projects after May 1, when they had been scheduled to enrl.
