"BUFFER POOL" OPPOSED

LONDON, January 26. The Committee of the London Metal Exchange has sen^ a letter to . the Colonial Office and Board of Trade opposing, the International Tin Committee's proposal to form fa buffer pool" consisting of 8000 tons for use to assist the control scheme by sale and repurchase as the market price ascends, and descends.
