A citizens'; Welcome was tendered to Miv and. Mrs.. Forbes tonight. The Mayor (Eev. E. T. Cox) presided, and in welcoming Mr. Forbes thanked the Government for-the-fact that Dunedin's new Post Office was now under way.
Mr. Forbes; in reply, touched on a number of matters already referred to in previous speeches. ' '
