FOREIGN CREDITORS MEET

RUGBY, January 25.
Three representatives of British longterm, and medium-term creditors; of Germany, together with representatives of American creditors, are meeting Reichsbank authorities in Berlin this morning in reference to the action,of the Reichsbank in reducing ' cash transfers.
