MAIN HIGHWAY CLOSED
The • Wairarapa Automobile Association reports that the Main Highway between Kaiparoro. and Eketahuna will be closed to, all traffic in fine weather and during the daytime only while tar-sealing operations are in progress. Motorists are requested to look out for detour notices. Traffic proceeding north will make a detour through Eongokokako and traffic proceeding south through Parkville. Careful driving is necessary» as there are several ba4 bends and the road. i« narrow, in jpkees.
