. NELSON, January 26. Mr. Harold G. Williams (Nelson) and Miss .Ellen Wise (Murchisoft) were presented with certificates of tho Royal Hunjane. Society at a function held in t3i« Municipal Chambers last evening. The Mayor (Mr. _W. J. Moffatt) presided.
' Mr., Williams received his award for rescuing a woman who had fallen into the Maitai.Biver while it was:in flood.
