HIGH STANDABD BEACHED BY GILBY'S, COLLEGE STUDENTS. At the last Chamber of Commerce Examinations 99 certificates weie awarded for Shorthand Speed and Typewriting to students trained by Gilby's College, as compared with 85 certificates gained by students attending all other colleges combined. These figures, include 24 passes with honours and .24 passes with distinction, as compared ,with 13thonoms passes and 20 distinction passes for all other colleges. Eight, Wellington students gained honours passes in more than one subject, and seven of these were students of Gilby's College.
