United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received January 26, 2 p.m.) PARIS, January. 25. The first of many threatened duels arising out of the Stavisky scandal was fought this morning. A barrister, M. Beinex, wrote an article in the "Midi" on barristers and the Stavisky scandal. M.
