"The Times" says that Cabinet has considered the Austria-Germany situation, deciding to ask' Austria to postpone application for a League meeting ponding British representations to j Berlin, in which it suggests that France and Italy should also join. . The "Daily Telegraph" understands that Cabinet has decided to use its influence through diplomatic channels to promote a solution of the Franco-Ger-man disarmament differences. Italy's collaboration is regarded as assured. There is no suggestion of summoning a four-Power conference. -. ■
