FOUND DEAD

PUKEKOHE, This Day. Ernest Werner, a farm labourer, single, of Pukekohe Hill, believed to be of Swiss descent, was found'dead on the roadside this morning. A shotgun was, near the body. It was later discovered that fire had destroyed Werner.'s hut. The deceased suffered ill health.
During its 49 years of special work among women the Salvation Army hat provided nearly 11,000,000 bede for homeless women and girls,
