The United Co-operative Dairy Co., Ltd., of Woodvillc, have a wonderful collection of cups and trophies, won'in most cases outright- at the principal shows in the North Island. In . the 1931 and 1932 seasons at the' National Dairy Show at Palmorston North, besides securing the New Zealand championship for Whariti Butter, they'won outright the Weddel Cup and the handsome Cunard Rose Bowl. At the Waikato Show, 1929, 1930, and 1931, the Murgatroyd Cup was won outright, and' in the starter and non-starter class in 1932 and 1933 the silver entree dish and the gold watch were annexed, and the Hawkc's Bay and Wellington championships. At the Auckland Show, 1929, 1930, and 1933, the company again Won the New Zealand championship. At Whakatane they won outright the Whakatane and also the Bay of Plenty Cups. The Masterton A. and P. Association's Cup has also found a permanent resting place at Woodville. These are only some of the valuable trophies that have been won through the great quality of Whariti Butter. The factory manager is Mr. J. Swede. The chairman of directors is Mr. E. Harding, and the secretary Mr. E. J. P. Simpson. Whariti is on sale in at least -50 shops mentioned in an advertisement in this issue. For a period extending over seven years the actual number of prizes is 145 firsts, 65 seconds, and 35 thirds.
