AMENDING BILLS PASSED
(Received November 1, 2 p.m.) DUBLIN, October 31. The Irish Senate passed the- final stages of the Constitutional Bills, including the Minister, Senator Connolly's amendment, applying the Privy Council clause to :past decisions and prohibiting, the bringing or continuing cases or applying for leave to appeal.
