LITTLE PROGRESS MADE
WASHINGTON, October 27. Rumours current today that the Anglo-American debt negotiations, which have been in progress for three weeks, had reached a deadlock, and that the British delegation might soou return without reaching an agreement., could not be confirmed, although they were not officially denied. It is reliably.' stated that little progress has been made. Tho officials declined to comment further than to say that another conference would be held next week.
