TONGAN'S DEATH

STUDENT AT AUCKLAND

(By Telegraph.) \ (Special to the "Evening Post.") AUCKLAND, October 28. The death occurred at Auckland this week of Richard Toluafe Kauo, aged 22 years, tho fourth son of Joshua Tuiva Kaho, Minister of Polico in Tonga. Kaho came to Auckland from Tonga in 1927 with tho principal of Wesley College, Paerata, Mr. K. C. Clark. He was educated at the college, which ho left this year to attend a law couso at Auckland University College. While at Paerata the lad proved himself a fair scholar and a fine atMete. ' He excelled at every athletic sport in which he interested himself. He was in the first eleven of Wesley College and also in the Pukekohe representative team. He was a member of the Auckland Country Week team, where he made a name for himself as a bowler. He was an excellent tennis player and, as a heavyweight boxer, was the best in tho school. He was senior prefect of the college. The body is being taken to Tonga this week for burial according to nativo rites.
