CABINET RESIGNS ,
(Received October 30, 2 p.m.) BAGDAD, October 29. The Irak Cabinet has resigned. King Ghazi did not adopt tho Premier Rachid Ali Bey's suggestion of a General Election, but asked Ministers to carry on pending the formation of a new Cabinet.
