PLANS FOR CONVENTION

(British Official Wireless.) (Eeceived October 28, noon.) . . . KUGBY, October 27. The Bureau of the Disarmament Conference -will meet on November 3. Meanwhile the Secretariat of .the League of Nations will make a revised test of the British Draft Convention, embodying all that was decided trpon since the first reading,, and this will be circulated to all delegations. Further conversations will also take place and the results of these bay,, it is hoped, furnish material for tne fuller revision that is to take place between November 9 and December 4, when the General Commission will reassemble. The last word must, of course, rest with this body, which is representative of all the States talcing.part in the Conference. ' ,
