BAN ON VIVISECTION
Herr Hermann (Joering, of Prussia, recently issued; a" decree prohibiting vivisection ; of. animals of all. descrip;.tions".thrbughput. Prussia.. He also ordered the'various , Prussian State Ministers ]to prepare making vivisection ! punishable by severe penalties. . Until the new. law is completed any person j taking part in the vivisection of animals, is to be arrested and held in a' concentration camp. The action taken by the State of Prussia is expected .to be followed by an anti-vvivisection law for the whole Iteich,. thus ending a movement which has been active in Germany for many years. Certain medical-scientific investigations .will not be affected by the new decree, 'so' that the production of serums and lymphs will be unaffected. : ..
