KROYER CROSS-EXAMINED
(Received October 28, 2.30 p.m.) BERLIN, October 27. Dimitroff's searching questions to Kroyer, an Austrian Nazi, repeatedly embarrassed the Court during the Reichstag fire trial. Kroyer gave evidence in support of Karwalme. He identified Lubbe as Torglcr's companion in the Communist room on the day of the fire. Dimitroff persistently questioned Kroyer until tho President intervened, saying to Kroyer, "Please don't excite yourself, as I shall reject Dimitroff's questions anyhow."
