ON WAY TO SYDNEY

ONE ENGINE NOT WORKING

(Received October 27, 10 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. A message received from Derby states that Mr. C. T. P. Ulm left for Alice Springs at 5.3 a.m. local time. He will stay at Alice Springs overnight. According to a later report Ulm arrived at Alice Springs last evening and leaves for Broken Hill today. One engine is out of commission. He expects to reach Sydney on Saturday afternoon.
