BROKEN BYLAWS
Offenders against the bylaws and the motor regulations were dealt witU byMr. W. F. Stilwell, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court yesterday. A fine of £.1 was imposed upon Frank Donz for not having his car properly lighted. i "For speeding, Harold Ewert Holmes and Kathleen Qoodson were each fined £1, and Walter Richard Mathews was fined 10s. Fines of £1 each were imposed «x)on> Arthur Cox for speeding past a school, and on Tsc Yoen Ying for speeding when approaching an intersection. Fines of 10a each were imposed upon Francis Walker for cutting a corner, and John Henry Thompson, Richard 'Bedingfield, and Harold Harcourt Turner for parking their cai's for more than an hour. The Standard Box Co., Ltd., was lined £1 for failing to obtain a heavy traffic licence, and John Mitchell was fined 5s for.failing to display a heavy traffic disc on ji motor-vehicle!1
