RECORD WHARFAGE RETURNS

INVERCARGILL, October 26. The financial year of the Bluff Harbour 35oard ended on September 30, and the Returns disclose that the amount collected, for wharfage dues constitutes a Xecord for the board, exceeding the previous highest total by more than £700. The volume of goods traffic showed a big increase. The net revenue resulting from the ordinary; trading services for ilie year 1932-33 was £45,488, compared •with £38,889 for 3931-32. If a sum of '£."000 accruing from the sale,.of the tug rr"neresa Ward is excluded from the receipts th« latter exceed expenditure by t£4sif4.
