SCOURED MAKES OVER 3/-
United Press Association —By Electric Teleerapb—Copyright (Received October 27, 11 a.m.) BRISBANE, This Day. The Brisbane series of wool sales have closed with prices firm at recent levels. Scoured wool realised 36% d per lb, the highest price since the 1929-30 season. Greasy merino realised 22d per lb. An almost total clearance of 11,412 bales was effected.
