ST. PATRICK'S SILVERSTREAM
The annual sports of St. Patritek's College, Silverstream, are being held today in fine weather, after a postponement from yesterday. A number of visitors attended this morning, and there were many present this afternoon, the grounds presenting a bright appearance. This morning was mostly given ovrr to the running of heats, but v few championships and finals in handicap events were decided. Tho outstanding effort was Eivcrs's performance in the intermediate high jump, st't oi}in being cleared —a record. In the SSOyds intermediate handicap Hampton (scv) established a record' by covering tho distance in Smins 17 1-SSGC. *
