Clarke, 8.N., has gon» to the Victory for the technical coursed Lieut-Commander W. H. Bremneiy, D.5.0., D.S.C., 8.N., lately returned) from service with tttc New; Zealand Division, has been appointed for duty with the League of Nations ConimUtee from September 8, in succession to Com« j mander A. C. Allen. f j Lieut. C. E. V. Pngh, B.N. (flight Lieut., E.A.F.), has been' promoted Lieutenant-Commander ■, ; Commissioned Gunner A. Garden, | E.N., has been lent to the New Zea-j land Division for three years. I Flying Officer A. T. Orchard, E.A.F. (Seddon),-will, at the end of this year, j complete his five years on the Active j Strength of tho Force, and so far ho j has no definite plans as to what he shall j do. He is still attached* to the 58th Night Bomber Squadron at Worthy; Down, Winchester, where he expects t» , remain for tho next few months.
