SHORTT'S THEATRE.
"From Hell to Heaven," tho principal picture at Shortt's Theatre, concerns itself with the hopes and aspirations of eleven people of diversified backgrounds and circumstances ■who attend a Derby, each hoping to win fortune and happiness through It. To one, for example, winning will mean keeping out of gaol; to another, the chance to buy a partnership In his employer's business: to a third, enough money to finance his wife's operation. The second attraction, "Rich Man's Folly," with" George Bancroft, is a story of big enterprise ship-building.
