CRAYFISH EXPORT SUSPENDED

(Special to the "Evening Post." AUCKLAND, September 30. Owing to the collapse of the London market, an Auckland firm operating at Mercury Bay packing frozen crayfish tails for export to London has notified fishermen that it will discontinue packing next 'week.

Kecent shipments of frozen crayfish tails from New Zealand have not met with the success that was anticipated when the industry was first undertaken. A cabled report from London distributors this week stated, that stocks of frozen crayfish tails and crayfish packed in glass jars are over-abundant, and -it is very difficult to effect sales of ■ either line.
